Note 1:

The 'Top Talent Pass Scheme' has been implemented since 28 December 2022.

Note 2:

The 'Capital Investment Entrant Scheme' has been suspended since 15 January 2015. However, the Immigration Department will continue to assess applications received before the suspension according to the requirements of the scheme.

Note 3:

The 'Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates' has been expanded to include graduates from the GBA campuses of Hong Kong universities since 28 December 2022.
