The Immigration Department has established a new Registration of Persons (ROP) - Kwun Tong (Temporary) Office and adjusted the services of other ROP Offices on 1 November 2023. From 11 June 2024, the Registration of Persons (ROP) - Kwun Tong (Temporary) Office also provides services of replacement of identity cards for persons whose identity cards have been lost, destroyed, damaged or defaced without appointment (specified service hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00am - 12:30pm on Saturday (excluding public holidays)).
