Accepting applications for and issuing of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) travel documents, including HKSAR passports, Documents of Identity for Visa Purposes, HKSAR Re-entry Permits and Seaman's Identity Books.
All Immigration Branch Offices are using a quota system. Applicants are required to get a quota at the respective office before application. Applicants should make prior appointment before coming to our offices for services. They may use the 24-hour appointment booking system at below to make an advance booking for application within the following 24 working days through the Internet or a touch-tone dial telephone.
