Statutory Declarations

Declarations / oaths by the virtue of the Oaths and Declaration Ordinance may be made at Immigration Department for:

1.	Statutory declarations required by immigration/registration of persons/births, deaths & marriage offices/registries relating to the application for various documents processed by the department (For enquiry, please call +852 2824 6111); or
2.	Statutory declarations required by detainee of the Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre for:
	(i)	Legal aid application
	(ii)	Application for appeal/bail
	(iii)	Affirmation/affidavit of appeal and other legal documents
	(iv)	Declaration of losing of official document
	(v)	Declaration/affirmation/affidavit on any other matters
