Contact the Assistance to Hong Kong Residents Unit (AHU) via 1868 WeChat Assistance Hotline

Hong Kong residents outside Hong Kong requiring assistance may use the 1868 WeChat assistance hotline as follows:

1. Follow the WeChat official account of the Hong Kong Immigration Department
   
   • Scan the QR Code
     In WeChat App, scan the QR Code below and follow the account of the Hong Kong Immigration Department;
     
   • Search in WeChat App
     In WeChat App, search “HKSARIMMD” and follow the account of the Hong Kong Immigration Department;
2. Tap “1868 assistance hotline” to contact the AHU.

Points to note when using 1868 WeChat Assistance Hotline

• This Hotline aims at providing assistance to Hong Kong residents requiring assistance outside Hong Kong and should not be used for general enquiries. For other immigration enquiries, please contact general enquiry hotline at (852) 2824 6111 or email to enquiry@immd.gov.hk.
• This Hotline supports texts, photos, audio and video clips.
• This Hotline does not support voice calls.
