Our Services
Applicants aged 18 or above may choose to collect their HKSAR passports in person at Passport Collection Kiosk / Personal Documentation Collection Kiosk (PDCK) when they submit their applications.
Please note that applicant is not eligible to use this service if he/she:
- is a holder of a damaged / non-electronic HKSAR passport or HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes (Doc/I); or
- is a holder of a 92-page HKSAR Doc/I.
The collection arrangement will be sent by Short Message Service (SMS) notification prior to the collection period. Applicant is therefore advised to provide a mobile phone number subscribed with SMS. Depending on the circumstances, applicants may still be required to collect the passports at collection counter.

Personal Documentation Collection Kiosk
The applicant must collect the new passport in person via Passport Collection Kiosk / Personal Documentation Collection Kiosk at the selected Immigration Office by producing the following documents:
- His/Her Hong Kong permanent identity card; and
- His/Her previous HKSAR passport or HKSAR Doc/I (if applicable) for cancellation.
