Applicants aged 11 or above who choose to collect the identity card in person when submitting their application, may collect the identity card via SCK / PDCK . Applicants should collect their identity card in person at a designated SCK/PDCK within the period specified on the acknowledgement of application for an identity card.
Applicants aged 18 or above who use one-stop application service for identity card and HKSAR passport may collect the identity card and HKSAR passport in one go at PDCK. Applicants should collect the identity card and HKSAR passport in person at a designated SCK/PDCK within the collection period.
Please note that applicant is not eligible to use the PDCK to collect identity card and HKSAR passport in one-go if he/she is：
- a holder of a damaged / non-electronic HKSAR passport or HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes (Doc/I); or
- a holder of a 92-page HKSAR Doc/I.
Collection of Identity Card
Applicants are required to produce the acknowledgement of application for an identity card to collect the identity card in person at designated SCK/PDCK within the collection period.
One-stop collection of Identity Card and HKSAR Passport
Applicants are required to produce the following documents when collecting their new identity card and HKSAR passport in person via a designated PDCK within the collection period:
- the acknowledgement of application for an identity card；and
- previous HKSAR passport or HKSAR Doc/I for cancellation.

- Insert old travel document into PDCK for cancellation
