Passengers can go through immigration clearance at both immigration authorities within the Passenger Terminal Building. 為配合內地和香港兩地日益頻繁的交流,香港特區政府於 陸路口岸實施「一地兩檢」安排,即在同一地方依序辦理兩 個不同管轄區的通關程序,以提升通關效率,便利旅客往 來。港深兩地政府已同意並取得中央政府的支持,在重建後 的皇崗口岸實施「一地兩檢」安排,進一步為跨境旅客提供 更大的便利。 一地兩檢 互聯互通 Co-location Arrangement for Mutual Access In view of the increasing exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong, the HKSAR Government implements the ‘ co-location ’ arrangement, i.e. conducting clearance procedures of two jurisdictions successively in one place, at land boundary control points to enhance clearance efficiency and facilitate travelling of passengers. The HKSAR and Shenzhen governments have agreed and obtained the Central Government ’ s support for the implementation of ‘ co-location ’ arrangement at the redeveloped Huanggang Port which will provide greater convenience to cross-boundary passengers. 貫通東西 融合灣區 Better Connection and Deeper Integration 82
