婚姻監禮人計劃使準新人在籌備婚禮時有更多選擇，可作出更靈活和更為方便的安排。 The Civil Celebrants of Marriages Scheme provides choices, greater flexibility and convenience in the arrangement for weddings. 入境處於二零零六年推出婚姻監禮人計劃，讓市民於任何時 間，在香港婚姻登記處及特許禮拜場所以外的任何地方舉行 婚禮。該計劃打破過往舉行婚禮在時間和地點上的限制，讓 準新人有更多選擇，因而廣受歡迎。 證婚服務 與時並進 Marriage Solemnisation – Keeping Abreast of the Times Launched in 2006, the Civil Celebrants of Marriages Scheme allows members of the public to solemnise their marriages at any time and in any places other than the marriage registries or licensed places of worship in Hong Kong.
