一站式服務 One-stop service 除了原本由位於屯門政府合署的屯門出生登記處和屯門 婚姻登記處提供的出生和婚姻登記服務外，新辦事處亦 增設辦理香港特區旅行證件、延長逗留期限和身份證等 服務，並設有自助服務站，區內居民可在新辦事處享用 一站式服務，無須再跨區辦理該些申請。新辦事處亦簡 化申請手續，例如申請人只需填寫一份申請表格，便可 同時申請身份證和香港特區旅行證件，為市民提供更便 捷的服務。 In addition to the services of births and marriage registration originally provided by the Tuen Mun District Births Registry and the Tuen Mun Marriage Registry at the Tuen Mun Government Offices, the new office also processes applications for HKSAR travel documents, extension of stay and identity cards, and provides self-service kiosks, so that local residents can enjoy one-stop service at the new office without the hassle of travelling to other districts. To provide faster and more convenient services for members of the public, the new office has also streamlined the application procedures.
