2000s 2005 24 小時熱線 (852) 1868 24-hour hotline (852) 1868 協助在外香港居民小組設立 24 小時 熱線 (852) 1868 ，為在香港境外身陷 困境或遇到嚴重災難的香港居民提 供協助。 The Assistance to Hong Kong Residents Unit (AHU) set up a 24-hour hotline (852) 1868 to provide assistance to Hong Kong residents in distress or involved in major disasters outside Hong Kong. 2005.8 入境事務學院 Immigration Service Institute of Training and Development (ISITD) 位於屯門青山灣的入境事務學院落成啟用。 The ISITD in Castle Peak Bay, Tuen Mun was commissioned. 2007.2.5 香港特區電子護照 HKSAR electronic passport 香港特區電子護照面世，內置非接觸式集成電路晶片，儲存 持證人的數碼化容貌影像及個人資料。 The HKSAR electronic passport, embedded with a contactless integrated circuit chip that stores the digital facial image and personal information of the holder, was introduced. 2007.7.1 「一地兩檢」通關模式 ‘ Co-location ’ mode of clearance 深圳灣管制站投入運作，是首個採用「一地兩檢」通關模式的 邊境管制站。 The Shenzhen Bay Control Point, the first land boundary control point adopting the ‘ co-location ’ mode of clearance, commenced operation. 2006.4 推出「婚姻監禮人計劃」。 The Civil Celebrants of Marriages Scheme was launched. 繼往開來 不斷求進 Soaring to New Heights 152
