入境事務處六十周年紀念特刊

膳食 Meal 中心會因應被羈留者的種族、宗教、國籍及文化等因 素，安排包括中餐、西餐、印度餐及素食餐等不同種類 的膳食。每天由外判供應商提供四餐膳食（早、午、晚 餐及宵夜）。膳食由外判供應商在中心內準備後，經由 保溫車送上各樓層，中心職員亦會定期監察膳食份量 及質素。 Various kinds of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, Indian and vegetarian, will be provided to detainees according to their ethnicity, religion, race, culture, etc. Four meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and night snack) will be provided daily by an outsourced service contractor. After preparation by the service contractor inside the CIC, meals would be distributed to detainees on different floors by food warming trolleys.
