高鐵西九龍管制站是第二個採用「一地兩檢」 過關模式的管制站。 The Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point is the second control point adopting the ‘ co-location ’ mode of clearance. 高鐵西九龍管制站香港口岸區和內地口岸區的分界線 Boundary of the Hong Kong Port Area and the Mainland Port Area of the Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point 高鐵西九龍管制站 Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point 高鐵西九龍管制站於二零一八年九月二十三日正式啟用，採用「一地兩檢」的過關模式，跨境旅客可 在該管制站內同時辦理香港及內地的出入境手續。高鐵西九龍管制站的啟用具有重大的策略性意義和 運輸功能。高鐵香港段提供連接香港至廣州之間的高速鐵路服務，並可接駁至區域及全國的鐵路網， 加強香港和內地各大城市，特別是與粵港澳大灣區的互聯互通，有助促進本港與內地的文化、教育和 商貿交流，以及為貿易、金融和專業服務等領域開拓更廣闊的業務空間，使香港能更好地融入國家的 發展大局。 The Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point was officially commissioned on 23 September 2018. It adopts the ‘ co-location ’ mode of clearance, which allows cross-boundary passengers to go through both Hong Kong and Mainland immigration clearance inside the control point. The commissioning of the Express Rail Link West Kowloon Control Point has significant strategic importance and transport functions. The Hong Kong Section of the Express Rail Link provides express rail service between Hong Kong and Guangzhou, and connects to the wider regional and national railway lines in the Mainland which strengthen links between Hong Kong and major cities in the Mainland, especially the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and foster cultural, educational and commercial exchanges. It also opens up more business opportunities and platforms for various sectors like trade, finance and professional services with a view for Hong Kong to better integrate into the overall development of our country. 貫通東西 融合灣區 Better Connection and Deeper Integration 84
