大灣區 The Greater Bay Area 大灣區包括香港、澳門兩個特別行政區，以及廣東省廣州、深圳、珠海、佛山、惠州、東莞、中山、江門、肇慶九市，總面積約 56 000 平方公里，截至二零二零年 年底，大灣區的總人口逾 8 600 萬，地區生產總值達 16,688 億美元。大灣區建設是新時代國家改革開放下的重大發展戰略，對國家實施創新驅動發展和堅持改革開放肩負 重大意義，目標是進一步深化粵港澳合作，充分發揮三地綜合優勢，促成區內的深度融合，推動區域經濟協同發展，建設宜居、宜業、宜遊的國際一流灣區。入境處致力 提升出入境管制服務水平和效率，為跨境旅客提供更大便利，提升香港和其他大灣區城市的連接，打造大灣區「一小時生活圈」。 The Greater Bay Area comprises the two Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and the nine municipalities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province. It covers a total area of around 56,000 square kilometres. As at the end of 2020, the Greater Bay Area has a total population of over 86 million and its GDP is USD1,668.8 billion. The development of the Greater Bay Area is accorded the status of key strategic planning in the country ’ s development blueprint, having great significance in the country ’ s implementation of innovation-driven development and commitment to reform and opening-up. The objectives are to further deepen cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, fully leverage the composite advantages of the three places, facilitate in-depth integration within the region, and promote coordinated regional economic development, with a view to developing an international first-class bay area ideal for living, working and travelling.
