準新人亦可選擇在入境處婚姻登記處的禮堂舉行婚禮。 Marrying couples may choose to celebrate marriages at marriage halls of marriage registries of the department. 婚姻監禮人資格 Qualifications of Civil Celebrants of Marriages 婚姻監禮人是律師或公證人，須遵守入境處發出的《婚姻監禮人實務守則》，以及香港律師會和香港國際公證人協會的規定。婚姻 監禮人必須已完成婚姻登記官所指明的為施行《婚姻條例》而籌辦的培訓。培訓內容涵蓋在香港結婚涉及的程序和文件、《婚姻監禮人 實務守則》，以及如何識別身份證明文件的真偽。 A Civil Celebrant of Marriages (CCM) is a solicitor or a notary public, who should comply with the Code of Practice for CCMs issued by the department and the requirements of The Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Society of Notaries. A CCM should have completed such training organised for the purposes of the Marriage Ordinance as the Registrar of Marriages may specify.
