聯繫內外 服務港人 Serving Hong Kong Residents through Building Connections 香港特區政府在內地設有駐北京辦事處，並在其他四個 城市，即廣州、上海、成都及武漢設有駐當地經濟貿易 辦事處，服務範圍覆蓋全中國內地。五個駐內地辦事處下設 入境事務組，骨幹成員由入境處借調，為在內地生活的港人 提供服務，並就所有與入境事務有關的政策及日常運作事宜向 入境處處長負責。 The HKSAR Government has set up an office in Beijing (Beijing Office), and economic and trade offices (ETO) in other four cities, namely Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu and Wuhan. The service areas of the five Mainland offices cover the whole Mainland China. The five offices have their respective Immigration Divisions with backbone staff seconded from the Immigration Department for serving Hong Kong residents living in the Mainland, and are accountable to the Director of Immigration in respect of all immigration-related policies and daily operational affairs. 二零二零年初 2019 冠狀病毒病爆發初期，入境處人員積極協助滯留湖北省的香港居民。 At the onset of COVID-19 in early 2020, officers of the department enthusiastically provided assistance to Hong Kong residents stranded in Hubei Province. 劃新時代 共建繁榮 Marking a New Era and Building Prosperity Together 26
