打擊偽證和偷運人口 Combating forgery and human smuggling 入境處執法部轄下的反偷渡情報局負責收集和分析有關 偽證集團的犯罪手法及國際情報，以及偵查在香港國際 機場使用偽造旅行證件和偷運人口的罪行。此外，反偷 渡情報局亦集中調查涉及偽造特區護照的案件，以維持 特區護照的高度認受性。 The Anti-Illegal Migration Agency under the Enforcement Branch is responsible for collecting and analysing the modus operandi of and international intelligence on forgery syndicates, and detecting forgery and human smuggling crimes at Hong Kong International Airport. The agency also focuses on the investigation of cases involving forged HKSAR passports, so as to maintain the high recognition of HKSAR passports. 特務警察 Special Constables 在二零一九年的止暴制亂行動中，一批入境處人員根據 《公安條例》獲委任為特務警察，執行警察職務，為警方 增援，守衞指定的政府處所和重要建築物。在 2019 冠狀 病毒病疫情期間，特務警察亦執行「禁止羣組聚集」的 防疫規定，加強社區巡查，協助應對疫情。 In the operations for stopping violence and curbing disorder in 2019, a batch of officers of the department were appointed as Special Constables to discharge police duties in accordance with the Public Order Ordinance so as to reinforce the Police by guarding specified government premises and important buildings. To help fight against the virus during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Special Constables also enforce the anti-pandemic requirement of ‘ prohibition on group gathering ’ by stepping up community inspections. 免遣返聲請審核 Non-refoulement screening 針對在港的非法入境者和逾期逗留者濫用免遣返聲請 機制的問題，入境處積極加快審核程序，並把聲請不獲 確立者有序地遣送離港。 Regarding the problem of abuse of the screening mechanism for non-refoulement claims by illegal immigrants and overstayers in Hong Kong, the department proactively expedites the screening procedure and removes unsubstantiated claimants from Hong Kong orderly. 劃新時代 共建繁榮 Marking a New Era and Building Prosperity Together 18
