Requests for assistance from Hong Kong residents in the remaining 15 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities on the Mainland will continue to be handled by the BJO.

In addition, to enhance services, the Immigration Division at the SHETO will handle applications for entry visas and entry permits to Hong Kong as well as provide HKSAR passport replacement services with effect from November 7. The Immigration Division at the BJO and the CDETO will also start providing HKSAR passport replacement services on the same day.
