New e-Channel Enrolment Office at Immigration Tower

8 April 2016

The Immigration Department announced today (April 8) that an e-Channel Enrolment Office at Immigration Headquarters will come into operation with effect from April 11.

At present, eligible visitors can enrol for the e-Channel service during the office hours of e-Channel Enrolment Offices located at designated control points upon arrival. In order to provide further convenience for visitors, an in-town e-Channel Enrolment Office will be set up to provide an e-Channel enrolment service in Hong Kong.

After the new e-Channel Enrolment Office is put into operation, eligible visitors may use the enrolment service in the office from 8.45am to 5pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at 7/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai. Meanwhile, they may also approach the existing e-Channel Enrolment Offices at designated control points to enrol for the e-Channel service upon arrival.

Details of the eligibility and procedures to enrol for the e-Channel service are available on the Immigration Department website at www.immd.gov.hk. For enquiries, please call the Immigration Department enquiry hotline at 2824 6111 or send an e-mail to enquiry@immd.gov.hk.
